Born in Manila of Chinese-Filipino parentage, Ms. Elizabeth Cooper Mendoza has been a resident of Cebu from the age of 12. A graduate of the University of the Philippines Cebu with a baccalaureate degree in Business Management, Beth chose to pursue a career in real estate rather than go in to the family’s third generation glass and aluminum business. Starting from the proverbial “ground up”, Beth worked for five (5) years as an assistant to a real estate network while acquiring her own brokerage license.
